got done dui few days before leaving usa. lost us liscence, got bailed out and left a few days later as i was due too. now i guess i have a warrent. would this effect my entry into the states to visit friends and try and sort it out or am i well and truly in even more trouble.i was young and stupid, never done anything quite as dumb.

there is and will be an active warrant for your arrest this is entered in NCIC a national data Base for law enforcement , you may contact the clerk of court in that county to remedy the situation but more then likely they will want you in person to appear if you are granted a visa upon entry into the USA the I.C.E man will do a cursory visit Thur NCIC and guess what he will get hit to detain you for that county and state should they decide to come and get u for appearance and you don't contest the extradition u will be picked up and brought before that judge
