a specific time when you had difficulty in getting along with peers at work and how did you handle situation?

I had a difficult time with another teacher. She was demanding that I give her supplies which would leave me with none and told me that I could "just borrow it" from someone else. This went on about various things. I finally confronted her and told her that it made me feel badly and that I deserved materials just as much as she did. I was very angry but did not shout and used polite words. I did get tears in my eyes and at that point she did understand that what she was doing was not right. She and I now work together on projects, etc. and get along very well.

I had a difficult time with my boss. She was driving me crazy! I just sucked it up until I could find a transfer!
