My mentruation comes every 22nd day of the month but suddenly came earlier and this is the first time happened to me. I'm only at my 18th day of ovulation and I'm bleeding right now. I do'nt know if I'm pregnant but I have abdomen cramps. My menstruation came on august 21 and my husband and I had a sexual contact on august 30 w/o any contraceptive even withdrawal. How will I know if it is misscariage?

See the doctor.

I knew I had a miscarriage when, after a day of intense cramping and visits to the bathroom at work, I was at home doing the same and then started bleeding and other things into the toilet. I was doubled over in pain and it was awful. Waves of nausea and shuddering, and staying in the bathroom for about twenty minutes. I thought I was just missing another period as I often used to, but I was apparently pregnant. I didn't have health insurance, just money for rent basically, and I don't recommend ever doing what I describe doing in my immature past, but I went for over a month bleeding heavily then moderately every day with intense but lessening pain and low grade fever. We know it was a baby and not something else because I went two and half months without a period, had pregnant feelings, and there was just too much weird gunk in the first amount of blood. Lots of skin and other stuff.

You are not far enough to have had a painful miscarriage of any type. But you should see the doctor if you wonder about yourself.

Its most likely just your body changing its cycle. A miscarriage at this stage would be nothing more than the ovum being cleased from the body with the uterine lining. Honestly by now, if you ovulated on or around the first of the month, the egg wouldnt have even implanted in the uterus yet.

your body can change its cycle at any time for any reason. its perfectly normal.

You will have to take a pregnancy test which carries the hormone when you are and go to the hospital if you are bleeding or are having cramping heavily. You will know, you will know. The doctor will check you and give you a test.

If you don't think you're pregnant (it's hard to glean from your confused description of your cycle).. then why worry about miscarriage. Statistics show that as much as 60% of pregnancies miscarry in what a woman thinks is a heavy period.
If you have to ask if you're miscarrying, then you're probably not.
