not any kind of yeast but specifically saccharomyces cerevisiae. the yeast commonly used in food preparation.

the female reproductive canal has a natural flora of yeast. i doubt if you want that kind of yeast in your bread! lol

I'm sorry but i fail to see why you couldn't have just put "which is the micro organism added to the flour to prepare bread?" in the friggin question. Obviously if u write a question we would feel inclined to help u out in your misery and answer it,.... u dint need to specifically tell us to answer your question.

Oh and if u thought that we were dumb enough to need that instruction, then u sure as heck cant trust any answer you get out of anyone.

Here's a fun one, this note from a North Carolina business promotion says that the same yeast that goes into bread was first bred in paper pulp production. I guess it eats whey more than wheat.

ur asking a really east question in technical terms... its yeast... that is what raises bread cakes stuff like that or self raising flour
