I think you should re-ask your question, because I can't understand what you are saying. What does acc. stand for?

I don't know what compensatory discrimination is, but I would guess it is discriminating among your employees by using different compensation.

Your question lacks clarity and as such it is difficult to be answered accurately. But according to my understanding I can answer as follows: As per law a child is a living being whose parents are recognisable by giving birth to it or by adopting it. Usually we consider one as a child till the completion of 5 years. The next is compensatory discrimination which means the unjustified payment of compensation. In two cases which are of similar nature, one is paid more compensation and the other less. This clearly indicates the compensatory discrimination.

there is no such thing as compensatory discrimination. it is a contradiction in terms. house cleaning jobs are available in plenty. a five year stint might improve the thought process.
