Finding veggie tale costumes?

My 4 year old has informed us that he wants to be Larry-Boy from Veggie Tales and younger sister to be Bob? Any ideas on finding veggie tale costumes for them. Everyone is sold out of the t-shirt and paper mask and I cant sew.
