Are you saying that his member will shrink if he has sex before a year is out? Boy, what to do? If it is affecting him in that manner, I'm sure he'll find a way to abstain. Surely, he can masturbate, can't he. That's a viable alternative. Just use some creativity in allowing him to climax without entry.
