Very simple Boss ! Follow these simple
rules and the results are assured..
1. Reduce the dal preparations (eg: Sambar ,
Dal fry etc. Even if you take it, instruct that
the dal should be smashed well during the
process of cooking. !
2. Take (Chew it )two peels of garlic after
dinner alongwith buttermilk .
First fewdays, it may produce
some burning feeling..but you will
get adjusted to it..

3. The last solid meal of the day should be
taken early..not later than 7.30 pm.
After that if you feel hungry, liquids
or fruits like bananas could be taken.
4. After taking dinner, dont go to bed
immediately. If you can go for a
stroll down the road , it will do you
world of betterment. This should be
done after taking the raw garlic .
5. Never eat / chew food items in a hurried
way.. Take your own time while taking
food.

Try to avoid foods that you know gives you gas. Some common culprits are your green salad veggies, ie, broccoli, asparagus. You can try some over the counter fixes like Beano as well. Just remember that everyone in the world has a certain amount of gas in their tummies. You may simply just produce more. It will never go completely away, and nor should it.

drink atleast 12-16 glasses of water per day.
sleep for 8 hrs.
eat lots of fruits like oranges,papaya,banana etc.
eat 1 raw onion in ur lunch and dinner.onion does the function of pushing out all the toxins from our body.

Drink plenty of water. Eat healthy preferebly veg., stop taking junk food, masala & oily ones. Start doing excercise in the morning & avoid late night hangouts.

Do not Keep the stomach empty.
Take more of Vegetables, less grams (Yellow gram etc.),
Less spices. Try and see.
Eat more of Pumpkin, ash gaurd. Take ash gaurd juice which is useful in reducing gaseous problem.

dont immediately sit after u eat
try n eat less potatoes/breads which forms gas in u

sleep reverse after1 hour frm your meal all d gas will b released in d form of fart

Apply VICKS BALM around ur nomb than c d difference urself,u'll b faster than a machine gun
n feel empty n light inside

You're eating too much fiber. Get off the veggies and beans for a while, and just stick to fruit juices, breads, and cheeses.

You will need to get rid of the gas whether it is up or down.
If you can't do it any time, you'll need to either do it discreetly or else go in a bathroom or else outside.
The body needs to get this out or you will continue to be in misery.
