As a retired firman/paramedic, I know "black humor" helps heal. While I certainly wouldn't tell jokes to his family, and feel bad for the Croccodile Man's death, I am going to post a joke or two. I think Steve would understand.
Why should Steve Irwin have been wearing 20+ sunblock?
It keeps out harmful rays
Steve Irwin died as he lived, with animals firmly in his heart
Rest in peace,Steve. You will be missed.

What's wrong with you? Jokes about people should be reserved for the living, who can either fight back or laugh at themselves. Steve Irwin probably would laugh, but he isn't being given the chance. Shame on you!

It was a shame to see Steve Irwin had died, but you can rest assured that he won't be the last bloke to be stung by something with big flaps that smells of fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Sorry!)
Steve Irwin gets to heaven.
He reaches the pearly gates and St. Peter asks him for $100 admission fee.
"FCUK OFF", says Steve, "Ive already been stung once today!""
The cafe at Australia zoo is now serving sting-ray soup.
Apparently its expensive, but its to die for.

I think it is a sign of the respect people have for him that I have only been told 3 jokes since he died (and two are on here).
Aerton Senar on the other hand, I heard the first joke about him literally 5 minutes after he died.

An Australian company has withdrawn their new Steve Irwin suntan lotion as the phrase "protects from harmful rays" no longer seems appropriate.

When asked what his favourite TV show was as a kid Steve Irwin would always answer Thunderbirds. But there would always be a special place in his heart for Stingray.

I hope that no one in your family becomes famous and then dies! cos you might find a joke about someone you love on this sight. If you could imagine what that would feel like, what would that feel like. Take care my friend as mocking is catching as they say.
