우리 결혼 합시다!
Uri Kyeolhon hapshida..
Not very romantic, just "Lets get married".... however it's in the action and they way in which you propose which is the most important thing.
Im not implying that you use my phrase, but do take note of the other advice!

My Korean friend was proposed to in what I think was a romantic way..
Her boyfriend left her in the car and said "Wait here"... 30 minutes later he still hadn't come back, and he had bought dozens and dozens of Calla Lillies, so many that he couldnt even fit them in the car, they had to be delivered... then he asked her to marry him and she said 'NO'...

I hope that your lovely lady doesn't say no to you, regardless of how you ask her. Best of luck to you!
