Well I would clean it with hydragin proxide (my spelling has never been good) 2 times a day and put something like NeoSporen on it after cleaning.
Also you may want to take her back to the vet.

You'll have to take the dog to the vet to get meds for the infection. Maybe you can try wetting a cloth with water and then putting some hydrogen peroxide on that? Since it's an ear, she might not be able to lick the peroxide and it might kill external bacterica. Please see a vet though, if this has been infected for awhile, it may need more than just at home treatment.

Follow your vet's instructions, keep it clean, keep a topical antibiotic ointment on it . I'm sure your vet gave you antibiotics for him, don't miss any doses.Keep other dog's away from him and keep your hand's off the ear. You can spread soooooo many germ's with your fingers. Be gentle and kind to him, he's just a baby that should still be with his Mom. Good luck.

If it is infected you need to go to the vet for some anyibiotics. Didn't the vet give you some when you took her the first time? You should always get antibiotics after an animal bite.

you shouldn't have a 7 week old puppy, especially when it's from a large breed. they should be at least 10 weeks before you get them. take the dog back to the vet and have him take a look at it. it might be as simple as getting some antibiotic to put onto the wound to keep the infection down. or maybe some oral medication. also, how did a 7 week old have the opportunity to get attacked by another dog?

Needs to go back to vet for antibiotics.
You can put antibiotic ointment on it. But he really needs a round of antibiotics.

Bring her to the vet and see if there is any thing else that you can do maybe it is just fine and you are just worried but i would ask the vets opinion.

I have used propolis to good effect on my dog's infections. I also recommend a quality dog food using real ingredients. Nutro is an excellent choice. Here is some info:
