Yes. With my first baby boy about 3 yrs. ago, I had the same problem with him not latching on but after I weaned him off my breast, milk eventually left and I was a little saggy but after a while the parts where the milk was, fat builds up in it's place as a substitute. Certain kinds of fats are actually good for you so don't deprive yourself totally if you do decide to diet! Since these good fats have a different consistency than of milk, you will fill out again one cup larger than before you were pregnant. Okay! So don't worry. I Just had a baby girl about 70 days ago and I have the same problem but try to time your feedings and split it in half for each breast to even the milk production out. Remember that the more you feed in one breast the more milk you will produce from that breast so you may be tender in that side when you deprive that side. If you absolutely have to relieve your breast, feed the baby (if he or she is hungry) just until you don't feel any more pressure. If the baby is not hungry try a breast pump. It's like weaning your breast, if that makes any since to you.
Respectfully,
Mrs. D
P.S. My hands and feet are exactly the same size! So not everyone is lopsided.....

I've had 4 children and am pregnant with my 5th. I read somewhere once that it takes a woman's body 3 years to recover its pre-pregnant state. Personally, I believe you never really do recover unless you are committed to exercise. To add to what the other responder said about engorgement, this is the only problem one would have with not emptying one or the other breast while feeding.
Like the other responder said, most women have one breast larger than the other, I do. In fact most people have one side of their body that is larger than the other, check this by comparing the size of your hands. Place your hands together where the wrist bone meets and you may be surprised to find that one hand is slightly larger than the other, same with your feet.

They'll go to an even size again. If it bothers you now nurse very heavily on the right side for a day or two to increase production that should help make bras fit more comfortably Good luck

Actually most women have this problem even when they don't breast feed. You probably just never noticed it before. If you are still breast feeding just make sure you're emptying both breast because you don't want them to get engorged. I buy push up bras with inserts and take one of them out. It helps a little with the sizing.

I breastfed for a year. My left breast always produced more milk than my right, so I would often times be lopsided. After I stopped breastfeeding, they're back to equal size.

Once you stop breast feeding they will return to the same size after your left breast stops producing milk and drys up.

Personally speaking (through b/f 2 babies) your boobs are never gonna be the same again. But just think of the good you've done for the babies not to mention for you. Wait a while once you've totally finished b/fing then go and get yourself measured and treat yourself...you deserve it - your doing a great job.

You were probably at least somewhat lopsided anyway. This may just be making it more pronounced. I would think you would go back to normal after you wean him. Are you pumping on the side that he's refusing?

Probably. I have breastfed 3 babies and mine were like that. It has been a year since I weaned my youngest off the breast and they are normal now.
