i am a poetess and a writer and am always wary of plagiarism.so,plz.plz. tell me ,if anyone knows , that how is one obtained.

You do not have to do anything to obtain a copyright. Really. Your material is copyrighted the moment you save it on your computer's hard drive or commit it to paper. There are no forms to fill out or fees to pay, as those things would stifle creativity and that would be a bad thing.

Some people will mail their work to themselves and never open the envelope, so that the postmark will show when the item was mailed. You could then use this to prove the date you wrote something. But really, you don't have to do anything to possess a copyright.

cool ur an indian and a writer??? im one 2 (indian and writer)but i havent given my books for publishing yet(im 15 lol) i think that when the publisher publishes ur poems, there is a copyright involved
