This happens to be a public forum; if you want to direct questions to Muslims only, you are in the wrong place.
If you are a Muslim, you would know that Muslims don't generally answer questions in Public...some have to contact their clerics to get the go ahead. Others cannot or dare not think for themselves.
I am different since I am a liberated. What about you?

I really hope you watched the whole of the TV broadcast by the Arab lady recommended to you by another person who answered your question. I bet you didn't though, she talked too much sense for a narrow-minded bigot like yourself. I personally feel that there will never be a solution as long as there are people like you who are not prepared to listen to anything that non-Moslems have to say. Anyone who looks at this page should definitely click on the link below to hear an Arab talking rationally, calmly and sensibly.

A good start, brother, would be to enable the education and personal expression of Muslim women throughout the Islamic world.
Whilst Islam continues to oppress and abuse half of your own population then you have an imbalance in the contribution to your cause. The totally one sided patriarchal, testosterone driven way of Islam will, like a boat with only one oar, continue to go round and round in ever decreasing circles, eventually imploding on itself.
Education and freedom of self expression for all within guidelines for moral living will go along way to bring this medieval religion into the 21st century.
STOP BEATING UP, MAIMING AND KILLING YOUR WOMEN!
Yours truly
A Pashtun Muslim woman (now free from the shackles of Islam)
Postscript: Since I'm a female maybe I don't qualify to answer your question. I guess you'd rather knock seven bells out of me than award me 10 points, huh?

i am a non Muslim but i have many Muslim friends i don't think you should put question on here thinking no one else is going to comment!...it is a international site that doesn't exclude anyone unless they deserve it!.... your affairs are that of the whole planet seeing as if things get as bad as they are going it could be the whole planet that pays the price!...a few more Muslims have to be see to be turning in the trouble makers then the international opinion of Islam may change!

The best sulotion is to make the both religious group-shite and suuni-aware that we all have the same God, the same Book and the same Prophet with the same belives. As holy Quran says the best of you is the one who knows the God best .There is another sayin by Muhammad(pbuh) who says if u want to make any progress in the society ur livin in...u should start from urself. What makes a man good is the way he acts

You put America in the equation when you mentioned it in your conversation. That makes it my affair. I hope you are posting from a Muslim country and not a country that allows free speech.

In the fundamental issue of whether there should be separation of religion and state, Iraq's Ayatollah Sistani and Iran's Ayatollah Khamenei have major disagreements.
If Iraq's Shiite Ayatollah Ali Sistani, [who was raised and educated in Iran and subsequently moved to Najaf, Iraq to finish his studies with Grand Ayatollah Abul-Qassim Khoe] cannot even agree with Iran's Shiite Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on matters of wilayat al-faqih (leadership of the supreme jurisprudent) and be recognized as marja-yi taqlid (emulation of jurisprudent), then how could anyone expect the Shiites and Sunni of Iraq to agree?

THE GOD knows the need of all his creations. While most covet the wants, people forsake the needs. It is truly peace that must be desired for allah desires just as much as his slaves do. The state of the peoples written in the old testament are being rewritten in the times of now, but hardly doubt most recognise. "And you will see there is no changing in the dealings of allah". Why would GOD give up HIS right of being THE GOD to any? "And as they plot, verily does allah plots too. But they know not." "They can not compass anything past thier limited knowledge." Present party included.
Pardon me, because I don't know how it exactly went but was in this premise: "And it is allah who created the heavens and mountains up high. And when HE was done the earth did not want to take responsiblility. But mankind did ignorant to the outcome" Meaning how most want to rule and own what they did not create. The earth did not want this responsibility, but mankind did. But did not know what the outcome would be. For they were ignorant of the results. But the earth knew and was scared.
Let me put forth a parable for you. During the time of moses(pbuh) khidr once told musa(pbuh) that both of thier knowledge combined was that of the likings compared to a sparrow swooping down and taking a gulp from the ocean.
I know all you really want are words of comfort, because we all need that. "And kind words are for kind people". So all I can say to you from a down to earth perspective is to just keep your head up for the day shall be here shortly. Even the prophets themselves suffered heartache. Even thier faths were tested. To the prophet muhammad(pbuh). Before his prophethood was completed, he too did not truly know. He too suffered heartache. "And you would want to kill yourself in grief that they do not become believers in islamic monotheism". This was addressed for the prophet muhammad(pbuh). Happens to the best of us. LIFE!
As salamun alaikum
EDIT: I just thought of your true question and did not answer what was asked. But this is all preordained. The prophet muhammad(pbuh) said that when he dies that if the muslim world did not choose one caliph, there would be much mischief and wars. Preordainment.
EDIT #2- I agree with the post below me, but would not call you an idiot. I live in america. Born and raised. I am 23 , but did not know anything about THE GOD nor the reason to my existance till about 4 years ago. So hence, I have done some very regretable things in my life, but knew not. And after seeing the world through a f*ck it mentality then through the eyes of a muslim, you will sooner or later accept the fact of "to each his own". It's just how it is. You can not change one who does not want to change. Live with it, deal with it, and die with it. LIFE!

Asalum Allakum,
All we can do is show people that we are not the minority(Terrorists),that we are also human , we have fears too we are suffering from this.
We need to educate people that violence is not the way.
But above all we must stay on the straight path.
Allah has a plan for us all, we need to be patient and have faith in Allah.
Ma salloma
