Agreed.
You can look back into history and see popes, bishops, etc etc all starting there lives with the best intentions but when eventually getting into a position of power (falsely cloaked under a positionj of representation) you hear many stories of corruption, greed, bigotry as being the norm. And these stories have to be beleived as they are written over a few hundred years and if you are sucumbed into believing a book written by a team over a couple of thousand years ago then the newer books are more likely to carry better facts than that one.

Every man to his own opinion said the farmer when he kissed his cow. All of us have our own thoughts and opinions on any subject so discussion places like this help us gain more knowledge and wisdom by getting to know how others in our society think. Hell is in my opinion best defined " as a seperation from THE DEITY " so if I become seperated from THE DEITY then this is my Hell.

the hebrew word she'ol and the greek word hades are translated as hell, but simply refer to the grave and not a place of firey torment etc. there is no hell as people understand it, its just a place where there is no existance. ecclesiates 9:5
