You have to RE-PROGRAM it...AUTOPROGRAM...

when electricity goes off your vhs tape is around the video tape head causing it to scracth the vhs tape with the "residues"that sticks to the video tape head.causing now the snow you are mentioning.all you need is a video head cleaner.run it for a couple of times and everything will be back to normal.good luck...(",)
