My dermatologist diagnosed it a few months ago and recommended a bar soap called ZNP. I found that irritated my sensitive skin. I've tried a couple of others that aren't too bad but would like to know if someone has had better luck than I've had so far.

If you have prescription coverage ask for a shampoo called Capex. It is a steroid shampoo so it should only be used when you have a flare of it and then use T'Sal shampoo for maintenance.

I have the same problem, especially in the winter for some reason. I found FLEX shampoo to be more effective, for me. Also, don't put any product on your hair, even conditioner, after shampooing. This seems to put a barrier on your scalp that encourages the dermatitis. And FLEX only costs $1.50, if that. Try it, you'll like it!
