I have lost a bit of weight recently and would like to know the best toning exercises for my bum!!! Thanks in advance

I'm a trainer and here're some good excersises (they have pictures aswell so are easier to follow:). These are isolation excersises so ONLY work the glutes (ie your bum!)

If you are old enough and in a relationship then have lots of 'woman on top' sex...

Seriously this is FAB for toning up your bum and thighs and lets face it will probably put a smile on your face too!!

Do it as often as possible and you'll soon be fit!

Cycling is an excellent way to tone up your bum, shape and tone your legs. It's also a great aerobic activity.

Walking on soft sand is the best possible exercise for the gluteus maximus. It also has the added benefit of being enjoyable. Depending where you live obviously, take a very long walk on the beach (husband or dog optional!).

Try doing squats, they work fantastically, tone you up fast, start with about 20 a time, progressing till you are doing at least 50 a day. good luck

laying on the floor wit ur legs up ( like when doin sit ups. ) and lift ya bum up and squeze and go back down but dont put ya bum on the floor and repeat as many times as u want works wonders trust me xxxxxxx

Take time once a full week to plan out and go shopping for meals and snacks so you're prepared whenever hunger strikes.

You can walk or run on the treadmill, walking and running exercises the gluteous maximius and the hamstrings. Your best be is to put the treadmill on the highest incline. I tried it and it always shapes me up.....if I keep at it, but that's a different story!
