Go to a salon and ask a professional before you do anything. If your hair has been in a natural state for many years, a relaxer will damage it irreparably. You would need a mild salon strength relaxer. Make sure to let the professional know how long your hair has been natural and how you would like your hair now. It's important to do that.

You used the term"pemed afro relaxed hair". It's already permed if it's relaxed. If you meant perm hair that not relaxed then yes you can.

Yeah, but you may need to get a special conditioning perm,its a virgin perm.....these perms are made espcially for us african american ***** hair that doesnt have any perm in it all all...Good luck!
