This office will be closed from 10-27 to 10-30 (the 2006 is known). (as I am going for training... is not needed because no one really cares why!)

The best way to correct ur Grammar mistake is just to read a lot of novels.that really help and if isn't so then refer rapid English speaking course book that book carry a lot of basic grammar.

i think u need to use the word 'these' instead of 'those' and also u have wrote in capitals!!
