what is the eligibility criteria for outsiders to seek admission in DCE(delhi college of engineering)?

The Combined Entrance Examination, CEE 2006, will be conducted on May 30, 2006 by University of Delhi only for the Delhi Category seats (85%) for admissions to DCE and NSIT.

For the Outside Delhi Quota Seats (15%), the admissions will be made through Central Counselling by Central Counselling Board, CCB of AIEEE on the basis of merit ranks in AIEEE-2006 being conducted by CBSE. Outside Delhi candidates are advised to appear in AIEEE-2006 for admission to Outside Delhi Quota seats in DCE and NSIT.

The eligibilty conditions for Delhi and Outside Delhi Quota seats will be the same.
