OMG why do people only answer a question to be a smart a* * or to demonstrate what they don't know. No wonder Yahoo Answers lacks any credibility.
Here is your answer, I looked it up for you: The Andes Mountains are located in South America, running north to south along the western coast of the continent. The latitude is 10° N. to 57° S. The longitude is 70° W. to 80° E.

On the end of the forearms which are the structures on the upper limbs, between the elbow and the wrist.
This term (forearm) is used in anatomy to distinguish it from the arm (or upper arm). The forearm contains two long bones, the radius and the ulna, which form the radioulnar joint. But I digress. I don't wish to be a smart a** or to demonstrate what I do or don't know, I just wanted to answer a perfectly valid question that was in the JOKES and RIDDLES category! And very funny it was too, ha ha ha!
ps. I'm not sure of their latitude or longitude, as they tend to move about somewhat.
