whenJesus came down to earth he knew what lied ahead but talked at the people of that days level they had no cars and planes back then and people would've thought he was out of his mind so he kept everything low key he was being watched by the Sanheidran( religious hierachery of those days) and the roman government. He had made the prediction this I have done many miracles but you and the peole to come will do greater works through me before i return, plus the prophets before him predicted them already but didn't know what to call them as they didn't have it in their days neither did his disciples know what we wanted to call them and again it is up to us to interpret what he said. On communion it's symbolic of what he did for you on the Cross.and seals our covenant with him.

To most Christians, Communion is symbolic, but thanks for generalizing.
Do you really think it would have been healthy for Jesus to start mentioning things that wouldn't be invented for over a thousand years? Would that have made Him seen sane to His followers?
Germs are mentioned in the OT, written hundreds of years before the birth of Jesus. Do your homework before you make statements.

The Bible doesn't say Jesus didn't know of these things. As far as being eaten as a cracker... Jesus said this represents His body, not that it actually was His body.

If he didn't know what a car, or a - I presume you mean plane - was, then he does now. Don't you agree.
And seeing you, he now also knows what a germ is!

We don't even know if God is real anyway, and whatever he knows, so you can't ask something about something that isn't confirmed to exist. =) We can only believe.

Who says he didn't know about that stuff?
The "host" is only representative of the last meal of christ when he broke the bread.
