The top 4 peoples are the Chinese, Indians, Iranians and Filipinoes, but then again these are the countries that have a very high human development index rating and low per capita income. Thus making them THE candidates that the current points system attract. So ,yes , the immigration system is monopolized by professionals, enterpreneurs, and investors, which is a good thing.
