To be more precise only my right lower abdomen hurts when I am standing, sitting and sometimes on my bed

If breathing is painful, it may be a rib. If not, it may be cartilege.
I would think a rib would have healed in 5 weeks. I've had torn cartilege take longer. Only a doctor can tell.
I've had both. Neither is pleasant.
I tore the bottom lip of my liver once, just below the right ribs. That's a dull pain but took a while to heal.
None of us here are doctors, so call one.
