lottery, i don't know much about that and am not sure if it is right or not but can any body let me know about that what is all about when it was introduced which it scheduled to start each year ,what are the tips and tricks of filling the lottery forms how i can win it and how i will know that i won it and lastly some people to9ld me that they used to fill these forms every year form 1999 but they never won what is wrong with them so plz give me help on that topic if u can

This is called the Visa Lottery only 50,000 visas are
won every year. There are some countries that
can't participate on this.
The lottery for 2008 will be on October 2006.

It's called the Green Card Lottery. The number of people who apply is very great compared with the total of people who "win" a chance to get their green card and come to the US to live and work legally. Many people apply again and again and never "win".
