What is an "xtns"?
Don't the bible also say something about not judging others? Dont they say We are all God's children? Does The bible tell you to outcast people cause you don't believe in the same things they do? Are you God? No I don't think you are so what gives you the right to judge anyone?

This is a question that is disturbing to me. If a Christian ignores or reinterprets the warnings against homosexuality found in the Bible, how can they say the rest of the Bible has any authority? If you're going to believe something, believe it! I think the cause is the trend in our society to believe anything that is convenient at the time regardless of the consequences later.

"enable God be real, yet each and every guy a liar." (Rom. 3:4) it would not count number what human beings say, it concerns what the knowledge of God says. it truly is totally sparkling from New testomony scripture that the gay act is sinful. (Romans a million:26,27; I Cor. 6:9,10; I Timothy a million:8-11) although the gay act isn't an unforgivable sin. God needs homosexuals to repent. (Ezekiel 18:32; Acts 2:38; II Peter 3:9) in case you go with Christians and others to be tolerant, you want to be tolerant too.

Possibly because they also read the part of the Gospel where Jesus talks about embracing the most marginalized and reviled elements of society, about the stone the builders rejected becoming the capstone; or the part where Jesus warns against heeding the whited sepulchers who disguise hatefulness as religious zeal; or the part where Jesus clearly delineates the idea of the unconditional love of others as the center of his creed.
And possibly because they paid more attention to that than to some televangelist Bible-twister with a suspiciously high degree of preoccupation with gay sex. The real question might be: what's up with that?...

any idiot AND I AM TALKING ABOUT MOST OF YOU WHO HAVE ANSWERED HERE, are quoting or mis-quoting a book that was written by ordinary men almost 2 thousand years ago the reason Christians believe that homosexuality is a sin against God is that the bible says it is a sin for man to lie with man or beast FACT nothing to do with forgiveness God asks us To forgive sin and to love on another it is not about the sinner or sex if you as an individual have a problem with it fine but do not bring Christianity in to it as most religions of the world condone homosexuality, as for the idiot who honestly thinks the pope has agreed with condoms for any reason needs to get there facts straight. IT AMAZES ME THAT THERE ARE STILL IGNORANT AND UNEDUCATED PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY ARE SMART SO TRY TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OF WHICH THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA ABOUT, STICK TO SPORTS YOU MORONS

Because humans have the capacity to rationalize anything they want, and many who call themselves Xians have their beliefs determine what the Bible says rather than having the Bible determine their beliefs.

It is not OK but it is no better or worse then things such as not honoring your mother and father, A prideful look, Stealing anything, Giving a false witness, Looking at a woman with lust in your heart.
I think that many people project their phobias
onto their beliefs.
GOD bless ya.

Some in the Church have bowed to the god of popular opinion in order to keep people coming to their Church's.
Biblical theology has always and will always say that the ACT of homosexuality is sin-full. The PERSON is loved of God and is worthy of salvation if they accept it.

I find it strange as well, i can only assume that some versions of the bible must water down the word of God.
IT is plainly a sin, but even more amazing is the existence of Homosexual Christians who say homosexuality is fine despite the powerful evidence in the Bible.

I assume you mean christians? I had this conversation with a really thick person once, and I'm not doing it again! read the New testament, and don't take it all too literally, times have changed and all religions have had to adapt, even the Pope said we can use condoms for the prevention of disease... though if you abstain until marriage, there should be no disease to prevent...... Hope you're not the same thick person as last time......
