Sometimes yes .. sometimes no, some people are always nice & sweet automatically. If you are unsure about someone feelings, ask. Especially if you like them back

Not at all! Of course, that depends on the guy you're with. Some guys are insecure about there significant others showing any kind of emotion, cuteness, or attraction to other people. Especially other guys. What you need to do is set him aside and assure him that you are there with him, you're only being nice, and it is a part of who you are. Sounds to me like he has some growing up to do also. If that doesn't work, then maybe things just weren't meant to be. Good luck.

It all depends upon what the person to whom you are talking/flirting thinks about talking and flirting. From The answers here you might have figured out that no two ppl have same openion about what flirting is. What does that mean? Means that if the person wants to think that you are flirting with him then you are....

I have one word that makes the difference between "nice and sweet" and flirting: intention.

depends on your definition of nice and sweet. if that's your usual character then i don't think you're flirting. but if it's not what you usually are, and you act differently among guys. like awfully sweet and nice suddenly. yeah that's flirting.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It's about the 2 meter rule. If he/she is less than 2 meters from your location then yes it's very probable. If no then it's just being nice and friendly.
