I would have thought Thailand.
Oh, a guy I know said a lap-dance in Montreal beats any experience in Amsterdam, hands down. (Pun sorta intended.)

Thailand has hundreds but loads of aids.
In Europe its safer but expensive
Ecuador has lots of Colombian prostitutes, but can be very dangerous.
Know of one Italian arrived in Quito , got horny, went for a screw, got doped and cleaned out of all his stuff, including passport- all within a few hours of arriving -bad move and not really very smart!
Cuba is OK I heard ..but being gay dont bother personally :-))
