type msconfig
run
when the start up menu comes up click boot in
select safe boot and ok
pc will need to restart
restarts in safemode
run your anti virus (takes about an hour)
delete anything it finds
then click start run type msconfig , run and select normal start up on the start up menu , pc needs restarting and hopefully your done .
