Luckily Ralph "Bucky" Phillips was captured tonight! My thoughts and prayers go out to the NYS Trooper that he shot and killed as well as the two NYS Troopers that he injured! He also terrorized WNY for a little over 5 long months. Good Work to all law enforcement agencies who helped capture this criminal!

He's in Warren County PA. They said they have him surrounded where he's at.. and lucky me.. thats only a half hour from me..lol
