Blood flow to the various parts of the body is controlled by the heart rate. Exercise increases heart rate and every organ in the body is supplied with a greater blood flow.

Aristotle believed that brain cools the blood. Of course, he also thought that it was the heart that was the center of thought in a human. :P

Blood flow increases throughout the body as you exercise, but especially near the skin, because the body is trying to cool itself by sweat and heat radiation. Not much you can do about that, except take it easy.

heart pumps faster... thus more blood flow around the body.
