I love this dressing as is, but made it with Splenda last time to cut the calories. Still yummy, if you like French Dressing...which I do!! It has some olive oil in it but a little fat is not too bag. 1/4 cup is divided into 6 servings. I don't think that's bad at all.
French Dressing by Rachael Ray
Yield: 6 servings
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, core removed and chopped
4 radishes, chopped
1/3 seedless cucumber, chopped
1 cup shredded carrots, available in produce section
Dressing:
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup sugar (or Splenda)
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 small white onion, finely chopped or grated
Salt and white pepper
Combine lettuce and chopped veggies in salad bowl.
Add all of the dressing ingredients into a blender. Put the top in place and blend on high until dressing is combined. Pour dressing over salad and toss. Adjust salt and pepper, to taste.

A G-string.
Actually, try to get some fat free yogurt. Or try honey. Mango strips and lime juice. Use a mix of both green and ripe mango. Gives some tango to the salad. Add some zest if you must.

Kraft (in the UK) do a lovely low-calorie Italian Dressing - kind of a cross between French and Ranch dressings - and less than 40cals per 100ml!

Yogurt, basil, lemon juice, U name it. Depends on the salad. On green salad I always use lemon juice and a bit green stuff (whatever I can find in the house). On mixed salad a mix of yogurt, olive oil and basil is the best ever...

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/S4PB1
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

Lemon juice, black pepper, mixed herbs. If you can allow yourself a little olive oil (its very good for you and low in saturated fat even though it has calories) then this will improve it a lot.
