The previous two answers are both correct: guai3 zhang4 (拐杖）and shou3 zhang4 (手杖）are both used to refer to a walking stick, or cane. Guai3 zhang4 would be said by a doctor, or other health professional, or if you wanted to be specific as to it's use. (For example: as something needed by an old or handicapped person to walk); whereas shou3 zhang4 could also be something used by perfectly healthy people when hiking, or mountain climbing as well. Same as we use "walking stick" to mean that, and "cane" for an old lady in English. The pronunciation is as follows:
Guai- sounds like "gwigh"
Zhang- sounds like "jahng"
shou- sounds like "show"

it's shou(3) zhang(4) in hanyu pinyin...or 'sew jang' for english pronunciation....
