i liked a girl, asked her out and started hangin out with her friends, we re not together and one of her friends turned out to be a much nicer person, now i like her but she thinks i m into her girlfriend

Try spend more time with her best friend and less time with your friend. Sooner or later you'll have to tell her that she and you just don't connect anymore. By then you and her friend will go out.
