Top weight loss tips
Today there is too much information available on losing weight that has become more confusing and sometimes difficult to follow. It’s actually very easy to lose weight if you follow my weight loss tips.
* Be in right frame of mind
Before you can start any diet program you need to be in the right frame of mind. If you do not feel good about yourself you probably will not want to choose healthy foods. You cannot expect the act of going on a diet to make you feel better about yourself. The only way you can choose to eat a healthy diet to lose weight is if you have a positive self-image.
* Eat whole food
Top weight loss tips
Eat whole foods that are as natural as possible. When you eat whole foods that are full of nutrients your body will know how much to eat and how much not to eat. You do not have to count calories because your body is a wonderful machine.
* Eat fresh fruit
Eat at least two servings of fresh fruit every day. Choose whatever type of fruit is in season.
* Drink enough water
Drink the best weight loss supplement known to man, water. Most people do not know the difference from being hungry for food or thirsty for water. A great deal of times people eat when they should drink. Most likely you will not feel as hungry if you are getting enough water. You will be satisfying the thirst, which is confused for hunger. Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.
* Always chew your food
Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.
* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal.
* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.
* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!
* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

You must reduce the calories taken in and/or increase the calories expended to lose weight. Weight loss is faster when you can do both.
See your doctor to make sure you are healthy enough to diet and exercise.
Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat less fatty foods. Cut out the snacks and soda.
Exercise more. Don't take the elevator/lift. Take the stairs. Don/t ride the escalator. Take the stairs. Walk if the distance is short and the weather permits it. Join a gym or health club. Take an exercise class, start running or join a sport like soccer that involves a lot of running.
I don't know how to increase your height. Most of that is genetic. Drink a lot of milk, take your vitamins and take calcium supplements.
Good luck!

Go & see a doctor to make sure you actually need to lose weight. For your height you actually sound a little on the thin side. Your doctor will be able to look at your age, height, the other members of your family and tell you if your the right weight.
As for your height your still growing so don't worry just yet. And the only why to really increase your height is through surgary!! You can't stretch yourself or eat anything to "make" you grow.
Just eat healthy and you'll grow to your natural height & size just fine.

hey.. if you're 15 and a guy, you might still grow.. if you're a girl.. sorry.... its unlikely.. however if you eat healthy (tip: eat as many colours of natural foods in a day as you can) and are getting the vitamins and minerals your body needs - you NEVER KNOW!!
as for weight. i used to be 60-ish kilos at age 15 too.. and i was 157cm (still am hahaha) and weight is very deceptive - you could have muscle weight.. (muscle weighs more than fat) you could be heavy boned.. but if any of that doesnt apply and u just wanna lose a few kilos.. i recommend any exercise that gets ur heart rate up (30 mins a day - even if you spread it out - and even just walking works) and NOT OVEREATING. but never DENY yourself anything - you're just going to want it MORE! eat everything you like but in moderation - the trick is, stop BEFORE you feel full... that is, stop when you're satisfied. it takes time, but listen to ur body, monitor ur portions.. and if you feel full after ur next meal.. try eating one or two mouthfulls less at the next meal after that.. just a suggestion..
but none of us is a professional here (nobody claims to be anyway so far) and every BODY is different and reacts differently so seeking a doctor's help would be best. good luck!

My son is 34 inches tall and weighs 23 pounds. He went for a checkup about a month ago. I asked the doctor about his weight and he told me he is perfectly fine and healthy. He told me some kids are just skinny. It's the way their bodies are. I think it's unhealthy for your doctor to tell you to load your kid up with fatty foods. As long as he is eating healthy and has no problems his weight shouldn't be an issue. My son will be 2 years old next month.

For height, you need to go through puberty. If you already did, too bad for you.
For weight, exercise, eat less, or get on a broken scale.
