Aussie miracle moist, also available for colour treated hair, is the 1 i recommend for those of us who abuse our hair, great for thirsty hair & smells fantastic. I buy mine from asda's so its pretty easy to get hold of.

From having bleached hair, and your straighten it, sound's like it's pretty damaged, so I would suggest get a hair recovery kit, and use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, Leave the conditioner on your hair for 5 minutes, and run a comb through the hair to distribute to conditioner evenly.

I recommend alterna hemp shampoo and conditioner. Love it. Also pureology is a great one too. Any of the different lines these brands carry are fantastic. Just be sure to use the same brand for your shampoo and conditioner. They are designed to work together.

Try Dead Sea Magik mineral shampoo, conditioner and serum. I've only ever seen it in Holland and Barretts but it's the best thing I've tried for a long time.
