ِAre u muslim Ahmad, I doubt that , cus if u are u will know clearly that a woman praying in front of men will be wrong.
- she may distract them .
- she will be more comfort behind.
Islam keeps and protects all rights of women , including work , even in praying this is for her own good.

Traditionally it is held that the female voice would seduce the men, and it is not proper to think of naughty things when you are praying.
It's definitely not sexism, rather proetction of the religion.
I've heard a few months ago that the first woman (in Indonesia perhaps?) was allowed to become an imam.

they are able to alter into discovered scholors of Islam like anybody else yet they gained't get the term Mullah/Maulvi. Why can't a Catholic lady become a priest? Its called sexism my friend, many of these religions were formed in male dominated eras and haven't progressed in the same manner as society has.

for the same reason a woman cannot become a deacon or preacher in the baptist church, or a priest in the catholic church, or a rabbi.
somewhere and i dont know where, is a passage or set of passages that says that a woman will not have a leadership role in the church, and the big three religions follow that tenant.
