Not love. Love is much more than emotion. You would need to have other elements besides emotion for it to be really love. Clearly he is meeting some psychological want of yours. Snce you are giving him power, yes he could hurt you.

You love this guy, so sure he has the power to hurt you. you also contain the power to hurt him. Don't let him walk over you, stand your ground and be fair in your relationship. If he feels the same way about you, then everything will be OK, if he doesn't maybe you can convince him. Don't rush things, just take things nice and slow, so what if your feelings are premature - Just be who you are.

Sounds to me like a combination of love, dependence, and insecurity. I feel happy when my husband is around too, and do feel scared/unsafe sometimes when he's not around. But feeling like you are the baby in a relationship is not a good thing. How long can he be a mommy/daddy to his girlfriend/partner?
Feeling like his baby is unfair both to you and to him. You need to be in a mature relationship.

Seems like it might be love. But, try not to feel so insecure in his absence. You should be secure with yourself and not feel THAT dependent on someone else. But, yes seems like you might be in love with him. If he is in love with you AND a good guy then I don't think he will hurt you (at least not on purpose). If he does not love you and knows how insecure you are without him, etc. than for sure he can and will hurt you. Good luck and for your sake, I hope he feels like you feel!

Yes, thats love, and yes, when you lovea person that significant other has the power to hurt you , even if they dont want to, but he does, ill make you see.
Wouldnt be you hurt if.....
he dates, or kiss someone else nd you c it??
If he says you dont mean anything to him, or that he only sees you as a friend nothing else??
If he disappears and suddenly??
if you loose him??
All that can hurt you..... he has that power, even if you dont want.

it hard to tell...
all i know is to tell if it is mature love, is if you think of what's best for him the spirit of unselfishness...
and if yes then you do truly love him and he can have the power to hurt you..
