Cut the white cabbage VERY fine (Shred) Open a small tin of pineapple slices or chunks. Cut into small pieces then drain. Keep the juice. Mix cabbage and pineapple together ensuring the juice coats the cabbage without making it soggy.
When you are ready to serve....drop in tomatoes and mange tout (raw) a little black and white pepper and............. if you are feeling funky mix some of the left over juice with mustard for a dressing.

This salad looks kind of brownish, but it tastes really good. Chop up the cabbage and add whatever crunchy veggies you like. Then throw in a can of drained sauerkraut. Dressing is equal parts of oil, water, and vinegar.
