there could be thousands of reasons for not getting a hard-on, some of the reasons could be that you are tensed, or un-comfortable in front of your girlfriend, or it could be a biological reason, some times clogged vessels in the body can lead to this situation. or may be you are simply tierd. you should consult a doctor who could diagnose you and advice the best solution.

try with her one more time with some fresh mood and energy and will confidence.
If still failing try with soem other with some one else
