The leg cramos are very normal, and might even wake you up during sleep, there are more of them to come, some may be less painfull, while others will be unbearable, the size of your belly really doesn't matter, you baby gains 90 % of it's weight during your last 4 weeks of pregnancy, if you are very concerned about your baby's growth, ask your Doctor for a ultrasound.. good luck to you and congrads!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so small during pregnancy that most people didn't think I was due for months when in fact I was 8 months. My son was very healthy only just tipping the scales at 6lbs. I also got my figure back straight away as I didn't have stretch marks as my tummy hadn't been stretched far. Leg cramps are one of the many unfortunate results of being pregnant. Drink lots of water and ask your doctor if its okay to take a magnesium supplement. And dont worry about being small as the baby will be just fine.

The muscle cramps are normal,if you stretch your leg out and pull your foot back towards you it will help.nightmares and vivid dreams are normal too ,fears for the baby ext all normal tummy size is different for every one you may find you will be bigger with the next as your muscles ext will be stretched.it also depends on the baby's position ,if it is laying with its back against yous you will look smaller or if its high under you ribs.if the doctor says its ok ,it is.and I am being straight ,I understand how you feel ,its scary the first time ,I have 5 kids now.good luck.

I think the muscle pulls may be from you walking differently?
Nightmares are a fairly normal occurance, not a sign of anything scary.
And for the one I can really help with... I didn't show until after 30 weeks!! So don't panic, if they tell you it's fine then it is, they know what they're doing

I have found vitamin E and Potassium are great for cramps in legs. This is probably your first pregnancy and tummies can often not become very large first time around. (Second pregnancy can be very different however). May I suggest that 'worrying' can help to possibly cause nightmares. Enjoy your health and your pregnancy, and look forward to your baby's birth.

Do not worry!!!!
The pain in your legs is from Calcium Deficiency.
When you are pregnant or grow fast at an early age....you tend to loose a lot of calcium from your bones and body.
You just need to take more vitamins than you would not normally do.
I wish you all the luck.
Hate to say this .....but drink more milk!
