I also have the same problem, but four hours would be a good nights sleep for me, I usually only sleep two to three hours a night. My neice had the same problem, she finally went and had a sleep study done, and found out she suffered from severe sleep apnea. I am seriously thinking about having this done to see if I suffer from the same condition.
Being so tired all the time affects every aspect of your life and causes you to miss out on so much, I just want to know how it feels to sleep like a normal person.
If anyone has another answer that worked for them, I would sure be interested in hearing about it.

excellent question, for about the last year, i am lucky if i get 2-3 hours sleep in a 24 hour period.

some people dont require as much sleep as others, and some require more. mine sleep deprivation is medical, you dont say how long this has been going on tho.

It's your fate.
