lady you just got to go with the flow and relax with each other and it will just happen natually dont try so hard and forget the exact time thing

There's no "timer" to follow nor are there "common steps", although it would be so much easier if there was. Everyone's different, honest and direct communication between both partners is required.

I can say that if you focus on climaxing at the same time, that's the surest way to not make that happen.
