Some blame it on destiny that it is my destiny so I am a loser or I am poor.
For me personally believing, destiny plays one part of our life but there are still other factors such as your determination in life, your sacrifices for something better in life.
Some say you can change your destiny, you yourself who determine your life. You must strive for success. Ofcourse luck also plays a big part in achieving a better living in life.
Frankly, I always find it difficult to understand the true meaning of destiny. Also the different in your ability and destiny. Are there any corelation between these two words. Thanks for sharing with me.

Some of what happens to us is committed before we are born. Some of it we attract by our choices after we are born. Mostly I agree with you, especially about striving for success. I don't believe in "luck" though, to me it's a Western superstition. Remmeber Jacklin, the golfer, or was it Gary Player: "the more I practice, the luckier I get".

I personally think that you can and also you can't. cause even when you try to compete destiny, that s what's supposed to happen, I think. It might sound silly but, well, only God knows your future (I guess, I don't have religion.), so you might be actually changing your destiny, but then that could be what's destined to be.
Although, like those who are sick and live longer than told, they might be changing their future.

How can one be so definite about things that have not yet happened (I mean the future)? If nothing is definite then does destiny exist in the 1st place?
