Hi KitKit, Happiness is from both mind and body. When your happy, don't you feel good all over your body and have pleasant though. This is how happiness works. Now satisfaction, If your doing a project for work, and you are having a hard time figuring things out ,and stay up half the nite, and finally you have finished. This is called satisfaction,You completed something you though wasn't going to take place.Satisfaction is both mind and body. This is the meaning of theses words.

There isn't a difference between hapiness and satisfaction. They are the same. To be happy, first you need to be satisfied with your lot. When you are satisfied with your lot, you will naturally be a happy person.

Many people assume that happiness comes in the form of nourishing and pampering one's body (shopping therapy, massages, food...etc). Some people realise that their happiness from pampering themselves is shortlived because they constantly yearn for more and their demands are insatiable. Consumerism deters satisfaction.

If people realise that it's a 'mind over matter' solution, they resist from consumerism and be content with their lot, they will be a lot happier.

But of course we can't conclude in isolation that the mind determines one's state of mental health. Positive physical health also makes a person happy.

Confinement into the self is the greatest happiness. If you are satisfied that you have reached to that degree, there will be no difference between happiness and satisfaction.

Happiness is a state where you are at peace with yourself and are in harmony with your surroundings and with others. The mind controls all senses and feelings and attitudes , thus happiness has to come from the mind.Happiness results from your value systems that form your reactions and responses. One can be happy with almost nothing and can be miserable with half the worlds wealth.
It is easier to be happy if you lesson your expectations and also if you focus on others rather than on yourself.

Happiness depands on your attitude. You need a body for something to come to mind since the brain is part of the body.
To satisfy is to fulfil the requirements or expectations of something. To be happy is to enjoy.

Happiness is all mind. You can get laid every day of the week and not be happy, you can get back massages and nice things all the time and still be a grouch. Happiness is all up here. *taps head*
If your having trouble with it, try, uh, being happy more often. It helps.

happiness is a state of being, therefore it is a feeling, not an emotion a feeling, it comes from the soul yet you can create it with your mind. simply sit and really think about one of the happiest days or moments in your life and let yourself become happy again.. you can choose your feelings..
