A Muslim who converted from Muslim must be killed. It's most unfortunately true. In the Koran, Muslims are obligated to murder anyone who turns from Islam. Check it out for yourself.

I'm not sure there is such a procedure .. and it isn't only people of those faiths that get circumcised , so it wouldn't matter anyway
