Doesn't mean anything as written.

"Fun comes alive!" means that this is fun beyond any fun you've experienced.

"Fun, come alive!" means you're asking someone or something called fun to be more lively, or actually to become animate (like Frosty the Snowman or Christine the car from the Stephen King book).

"Fun--come alive!" means this is a fun event but please don't come if you're dead.

I think the third one sounds best.
