caution-you gotta treat all stuff like that with respect-some may say its harmless but it isnt at all-it makes you feel very relaxed and if youre in good company youll have a really good laugh and have really meaningful discussions about everything-and actually come up with solutions to the problems of the world which you will then forget the next day when you wake up-doh!!.listening to music(specially with headphones on)you will hear music like never before and get to understand a lot of the stuff you didnt before-having said all that if you use it under the wrong mood and too often you will truly believe that everyones out to get you and everyone knows that youve had a smoke-even strangers on the street will look at you and youll know they know-of course they dont but youll think they do!!you can get pretty depressed with prolonged use and also because when you are smoking cannabis and want to get your moneys worth you will take longer pulls on a joint and hold it in longer than you would with a cigarette so you are also doing yourself a lot more damage lung-wise.my advice to you would be to try everything once-do it with someone you know very well and take it real easy-remember to use the drug and dont let the drug use you.

You have had lots of reasons why you should smoke cannabis. I'm going to give you a few reasons why you should not.

Cannabis causes stress, psychosis, paranoia, delusions, anxiety etc etc. Added to which, it can bring on schizophrenia if you are genetically biased. (A cannabis user is three times more likely to develop schizophrenia than a non-user)

Cannabis is the only drug which causes permanent brain damage. It damages the cerebral cortex irreparably.

In my experience, 98% of long term hospitalised mental health patients in the UK have been regular cannabis users.

Cannabis is a recognized staging drug. If you enjoy cannabis you are more likely to try other drugs.

Many people say that cannabis is not addictive. This is not true. I had a friend who trshed her house because she thought she had stashed some gear in "a safe place". It was aweful, she was pulling up the carpet, taking her cooker to bits, the works.

Cannabis was the first genetically modified crop. This is why there are so many different types of cannabis. They have been genetically altered to give different effects. If you don't want to eat sweetcorn and tomatoes because they have been genetically modified, you have a choice not to .....

There is a reason why so many doctors are linking cannabis to mental health. 1 experiment could destroy your life.

I have known a number of cannabis users. They always say how wonderful it is until they give up. After that they say how aweful it is.

If you are going to start using cannabis, please please please wait until you are over 40, when the permanant mental health damage is lowered (although you'll still have small brain damage)

All the best.

There is grass that makes you lethargic which is good for watching movies but not so sociable. And there is grass that makes you giggly and chatty. Importantly you must smoke for you and not just because, the hit from grass is subtle and new smokers often think it doesn't work. Be aware that any down feeling, generally in your energy only last about 10mins so if feeling a little dizzy or hot, don't get paranoid or embarrassed just lie down and analise the feeling. I also advise not undertaking anything that you didn't ready yourself for before smoking. Sudden changes like bumping into Police or deciding to go shopping can be uncomfortable, but I find I can front anything if I know beforehand I'm about to do it. Hope this made sense I haven't had a joint yet.

It's really different for everyone. Your first time smoking it will be such an ODD experience.

I have a friend who smoking it made her hyper and very energetic. Me, on the other hand, I just wanted to relax and chill out.

Loud music can feel like it's inside your chest. Also, when you start to come down off it, you'll be extremely tired. The best thing to do is not be in a place where you can get too hot.

My first time smoking, I didn't think it worked until about 5 minutes after. A friend and I were on our way to a club and the music inside the car felt like it was in my head and chest. The car was warm (as it was winter) and I started to overheat and felt sick.

The best piece of advice you'll ever get when it comes to smoking, is never, ever take hits from someones joint/pipe that you don't know and trust. EVER. Weed can be laced with many things and if you don't have any experience in smoking to begin with, it can really mess with your head. Also, sometimes it can be laced with other drugs that can literally be a lethal combination to smoke.

Just never, ever smoke from someone you don't know and trust. Your first time, please make sure it's with a close friend or someone who you trust will look out for you.

Someone said you'll experience the munchies, that's not always true. When I used to smoke, it killed my appetite and I didn't eat again until after I'd slept the high off. That's when I ate... a lot! LOL.

Again, be careful who you smoke with and where you get your weed from.

Cannabis makes you feel like your attention is altered a little bit. You may look around and notice different aspects of things like colors, sounds, or find things funnier than usual. You may also feel like you are in a daze or feel paranoid around parents, teachers, or cops. I smoke every day because it relaxes and calms my mind. Some people act all wild and crazy on it, but really it is not that kind of mind altering. The effects are not extreme, they usually are mild to almost non existant depending on the type of weed you smoke and how much. People who get really giddy and run around like mad annoy me. They most likely are not used to the feeling, I'm guessing.. because most people want to just mellow out or have an enjoyable time. It is important to do it with someone you trust first, it is highly unlikely that many people lace their weed but you don't know that. there are tons of crack heads out there and you don't know what their pipe is always used for

You feel tired and doppy. Thats why they proberly call it 'dope'?

Remember small drug taking can lead to big drug taking and even thou you may feel its cool to do so, it can change your life forever, not for the good but badly.

Most drugs don't even have the pure content and contain more of what you will find under your kitchen cabinet than the drug itself. This is why drugs are so dangerous.

For all you know you could be smoking teabags and bleach?

Are you prepared to die tonight?

it makes you feel drowsy and tired, but it is very relaxing, you should try it at your own house. Never try it on a holiday in Amsterdam. They'll rip you off and the second time you try this you can get a little nausia. But very good after hard day at work

I only do this when Im in a good mood, and around people I care about (just in case something adverse happens!) and Ive only ever had good results, normally a case of giggles that leads to me getting belly ache. Be careful tho and if youre going to try it, be with people you trust

It has made me feel great and made me laugh so much,it is great stuff, and everyone should be prescribed it every day,so that we good all walk about smiling,i just wish they would make it legal and freely available, the world would be a much happier place to be,when i have had it,i don't want another one straight away, one a day would suit me fine,or maybe two.BUT i have had some bad stuff that gave me horrific panic attacks,so please be careful who you get it from, and have fun

It is very dependant on how you feel when you smoke it. SOme peolpe get happy and the giggles. Others just chill out and relax, some people get really paranoid and can't control themselves. Be very careful.
