It probably wouldn't change much if at all.
I have tried to make the world a little bit better place. I've had 65 years to work on it. If I've succeeded my work is probably mostly done.
I'd like to think in the next couple of decades that I'm alive that I could still make a few changes for the better.
Why do you ask?

Oh my no! Let someone else go to help reduce overcrowding, depletion of the ozone layer etc!
I have way too much to offer the world and no one has seen it yet!
No , seriously, I hope that I have lived my life in such a way that whenever Idie it will not be a better place because of that fact. Hopefully better because at some point I was in it.

the world would not change because of my death ... just a handful of people would be sad
but i would have to say ... rather than it being a better place for my death ... this world would miss out on a beautiful person that has brought love and happiness to many

Im no longer scared, yet its no longer some thing i opt to take place basically yet. Why be frightened of it? Theres no longer something to concern. i watch for it at some point. In an prolonged, long, long, long term.
